Corton Grand Cru, Bonneau du Martray

位於Pernand-Vergelesses村的Domaine Bonneau du Martray是全布根地唯一一家只生產特級園酒款的酒莊(原另一家的DRC近年來在特定年份恢復生產一級園-Vosne-Romanée "Cuvée Duvault-Blochet")，不過Domaine Bonneau du Martray之所以成為少數頂級名莊的原因絕不在此，酒莊所擁有一整塊從陡峭高登山(Montagne de Corton)山坡連續下來的特級葡萄園，面積廣達11公頃，全部集中在Le Charlemagne和En Charlemagne這兩個climats，位置最為優異且未被分割，這是全布根地罕見的特級園地塊。而據考證後，其中三公頃(原為二公頃，修道院擴增到三公頃)是當初查理曼大帝(Empereur Charlemagne)在西元775年捐贈給位在索留村(Saulieu)的聖安朵奇修道院(Abbey Saint Andoche)之御賜葡萄園，這也是整個Corton-Charlemagne產區命名的來源，更添Domaine Bonneau du Martray無比的獨特珍貴性。

Domaine Bonneau du Martray從十八世紀初建莊以來，一直就屬於Le Bault de la Moriniere這個貴族世家所擁有， 現任莊主Jean-Charles Le Bault de la Moriniere在1994年接任家業，一開始他先進行一段長時間的地質研究，從1996年開始，根據所有的不同九種土質，9.5公頃的Corton-Charlemagne(白酒)分為15個不同的區塊，1.5公頃的Corton(紅酒)分為兩個不同的區塊，所有的區塊分開來發酵釀造，最後才視年份與特色加以混和。所有的葡萄園均約在1950年代左右重新種植，平均樹齡超過半百，而且在Jean-Charles的主導之下，實施瑪撒選種法(selection marssale)，並全面採用有機耕作，近年來也逐步在部份葡萄園導入自然動力法。

Corton-Charlemagne白酒全部在橡木桶中進行發酵，每個年份新桶比例不超過三分之一(Corton紅酒則約為50%)，之後持續在桶中培醞11~12個月，接下來放置入不鏽鋼槽並連同細微的酵母菌渣浸泡4~5個月，最後才將不同區塊與以混合裝瓶。Corton-Charlemagne白酒會視需要進行輕微的黏合濾清，Corton紅酒則完全不經過濾與澄清。

得天獨厚的特級園地塊，貴族世家的血統，讓Domaine Bonneau du Martray充滿令人驚嘆的尊貴氣質。而且在Jean-Charles Le Bault de la Moriniere帶領的近二十年期間，更讓酒莊蛻變精進，自然不做作的酒風，益發優雅精緻，純淨剔透的果香中包覆著冷冽清新的礦石氣味，穠纖合度，放眼整個高登山特級園產區，實難有人可以出其左右，無怪乎在許多酒迷行家的心目中，Domaine Bonneau du Martray絕對是全布根地最頂尖的酒莊之一。

Tasting note: This is notably ripe with cassis, red and blue pinot fruit and touches of animale and earth, both of which are reflected by the concentrated, serious and detailed flavors that possess excellent volume, power and muscle, all wrapped in a long if moderately austere finish. As Morinière noted, this is very Corton yet admirably elegant and pure.

Tasting note: A ripe nose of red currant fruit liqueur aromas displays added breadth in the form of violets, plum, black cherry and a hint of the sauvage. There is plenty of earth influence to the punchy, rich and well-detailed mineral-inflected broad-shouldered flavors that possess some rusticity on the mildly austere and saline-inflected finish. This is surprisingly approachable for a young Corton and I really like the way that it fans out on the impressively persistent finale.
