1) Bon voyage Taipei/Paris.從台北出發飛往巴黎(週三週六週日) 

Take a comfortable sit on the plane and relax until the arrival in Paris. Available airplane: 

- Thai Airways; - Eva Air; - Cathay Pacific

2) Arrival and Discovering of Reims.抵達巴黎 發現漢斯的美麗風光(週四 週日 週一) 

- Pick up at CDG 7am.   

- Pickup of the luggage's and meeting with our private driver and departure for Chantilly Castle. 

七點在巴黎戴高樂機場接機，領取行李後與專用私人司機會面並乘坐專屬巴士前往香堤城堡 

Situated at 30mn from CDG, it’s the perfect place to relax from your trip and have a walk in this castle redecorated in XIXth century’s style.

3) Visit of Epernay vineyard, halt in Troyes and arrival in Dijon.造訪Epernay葡萄園，在Troyes稍事休息後抵達第戎 (週五週日週二) 

Visit and tasting of  smaller Champagne estate at Didier Herbert estate,specialized in 1er and Grand Cru, around Epernay city, discovery of their vineyard, Champagne tasting with the owner at the restaurant Chateau de Rilly.

前往以專門生產頂級及特級葡萄酒的Didier Herbert estate香檳莊園品酒，深入探訪他們的葡萄園以及Epernay城市周邊，並與酒莊主人在Chateau de Rilly餐廳一起品嚐香檳 

 - After lunch departure to Troyes, beautiful medieval city, for a trip into the 15^th century.

午餐後出發前往美麗的中古世紀城市Troyes，踏上讓人彷彿回到十五世紀的一段旅程

-Arrival in Dijon, dinner at the Hotel. 抵達第戎，於飯店用晚餐

4) Landscape, Gevrey-Chambertin &Truffles!尋訪美麗的風景、Gevrey-Chambertin酒莊以及尋找松露之旅(週六週二週三) 

- Departure from the Hotel at 10am.  十點從飯店出發

 - Visit of the Clos de Vougeot Castle and the vineyard of DRC.   

前往烏棗圍城堡(Clos de Vougeot)以及世界知名的Domain Romanée-Conti葡萄園 

Famous castle designed in Renaissance style, the history of this castle starts 900 years ago. Built by the Monks, this winery was able to produce 2000 barrels of wine in order to supply the tables of Popes and kings. Then we will visit the most precious plot of the world: The domaine of the Romanée Conti. 

這座以文藝復興時期風格聞名的城堡，其歷史可追溯至九百年前。當時此座城堡是由一群僧侶所建造，其葡萄園可產出兩千桶酒以供應給教宗及國王；接著我們會來到世界上最珍貴的葡萄園：羅曼內康堤地區(Domain Romanée-Conti)

- Lunch and Wine tasting in Gevrey-Chambertin, where we will have the chance to taste the fantastic cuisine of Mme. Drouin-Laroze and taste the marvelous Grands Cru of her husband. 

於Gevrey-Chambertin莊園品酒及午餐，在此除了品飲Drouin-Laroze先生所釀的美味特級葡萄酒之外，我們還將有幸品嘗到其夫人餐廳水準的精湛廚藝 

- Discovery of Truffle hunting at the Entre-Deux-Monts castle and tasting of Truffle made Products.

在恩特杜蒙城堡體驗親自參與尋找松露，並品嚐由松露製作而成的相關產品 

- Wine tasting in the Jafflin estate.於Jafflin莊園品酒 

- Diner at the clos Napoléon for a traditional Burgundy Cuisine. 

晚餐於位於葡萄園中間風景優美的餐廳品嚐道地的勃根地傳統料理

5) Visit of Lyon. Beaujolais wine tasting, and Pouilly-Fuissé Wine tasting. 漫遊里昂，品嘗薄酒萊紅葡萄酒以及Pouilly-Fuissé白葡萄酒 (週日周三周四)

-Visit of lyon, during this 2 hours visit we will discover 2000 years of history, from the Roman empire to the Renaissance era.

在為時兩個鐘頭的導覽中，我們將會一同探索里昂從羅馬帝國、文藝復興以降至今超過兩千年的歷史，以及被列為聯合國世界文化遺產的美麗舊城區

- Lunch in a traditional Bouchon Lyonais. 於里昂午餐，品嚐正統的里昂傳統肉食料理「里昂之塞」

-Stop at the beautiful village of Oingt and visit of a Beaujolais estate 

在美麗的村莊Oingt稍作停留並前往一間薄酒萊酒莊 

And to finish this fantastic day: Visit of Chateau de Beau Regards, considered as the best producer of Pouilly-Fuissé for a wine tasting and a dinner with the owner. 

最後前往被公認為釀造Pouilly-Fuissé葡萄酒頂尖製造者的波荷嘉城堡，並以品嘗他們的頂級佳釀和與酒莊主人的晚餐作為一天精彩行程的結尾

 6) Free time at Beaune. Visit of Chalonais, 波恩自由活動時間，前往Chalonais (週一週四週五) 

- Departure from the Guest house at 10am, Visit of Demessey estate for a wine tasting of Chalonnais wines. Delicious bottles for a very reasonable price.

十點從客房出發，至Demessy酒莊品嘗美味且價格實在的Chalonnais葡萄酒

 -Lunch at Restaurant Gastronomique Puligny-Montrachet ; 

於Restaurant Gastronomique Puligny-Montrachet餐廳午餐 

-Free time at Beaune   波恩：自由時間 

Then departure to our second wine tasting at the Clos du Moulin for a wine tasting of Cote de Beaune wine. 

前往Clos du Moulin酒莊進行今天第二次的品酒，品嚐Côte de Beaune葡萄酒

Advised restaurant for Dinner:

7) Market , Dijon and Cooking class.  第戎傳統市集與烹飪教室 (週二週五週六)

- Visit of the central Dijon Market for traditional Burgundy products tasting served with white wine inside the Market. 

前往第戎市中心的傳統市集，搭配白酒品嚐傳統的勃根地農畜產品

- Free time in Dijon to rest or to visit this beautiful medieval city. 

自由時間，放鬆休息並發掘這座美麗的中古世紀文化之城 

- Then, Dinner cooking class and wine tasting at Trapet estate for tasting of Grand Cru. Trapet 

晚餐於Trapet莊園在主廚指導的烹飪課親自下廚，並且搭配上Trapet的頂級葡萄酒一同享用

Night in 5 star Hotel Sofitel or in high class guest house. 宿於五星級蘇菲朵飯店或高級木屋莊園民宿

8) Au Revoir Paris- Taipei.賦歸：巴黎à台北 (週三週六週日)

We will take the early private van from the hotel to the airport. Still preceded by your guide, he will be pleased to help you fill out the VAT tax refund form at the airport. After the last breakfast together, it will be time to say goodbye to this wonderful country, until the next visit… 

搭乘私人小巴士從飯店接駁至機場，將有導遊陪同完成免稅表格填寫及手續辦理。在最後一次共進早餐之後就到了告別的時間，直到未來再一次造訪這個美麗的國家…
